I Love to do Indian fusion flavors and this particular experiement turned out very yummy and pretty looking. This is a very easy & simple recipe with few ingredients but packed with flavor.
Ingredients
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
4 Bread Slices
10 oz Heavy whipping cream
1/8 tsp cardamom powder
2 drops White rose essence
crushed pistachios
Directions
Blend all the ingredients except Pistachios in a blender. it will have a beautiful velvety texture. Pour the mixture into a freezer safe bundt tupperware or whatever other Jello mold you have that has a cover. Freeze 6-8 hours. Thaw for 10-15 mins and serve on a cake platter.
Tip – Make sure your serving platter has an edge, as this is essentially an icecream cake, it will melt over time and you will need an edge to catch the goodness from overflowing.
